I also recommend using a service like Buffer or another similar platform to help manage and monitor your publishing and post performance.

For Instagram:

I specifically recommend using the Later app to help you plan and schedule your feed. Since IG is a much more visually inclined platform, it’s important to put some time into the look and feel of your feed, and this app lets you plot out and drag & drop your content in the order that looks best as a cohesive whole.
